Heavily inspired by folklore and folk horror, myth and magic, Another Realm is the otherworldly place in my brain, a cabinet of curiosities full of weird and wonderful trinkets, magic, uncanny and everyday strange. I am fascinated by the Wyrd and Wonderful tales from our lands, the rituals in the turning of the seasons, the Wild Ones and the Old Ways.
I have been creating folklore and folkhorror inspired artwork for many years, and have written and illustrated three (soon to be four) folklore zines. I am particularly interested in British and Irish folklore, and the weird and wonderful tales from across our lands.
I also wrote and curated the 2025 Folktober prompt list.
My zine, Guide to the Uncanny and Everyday Strange, is based on my MRes thesis of the same name.
I love to see where else I can take my drawings, and enjoy experimenting with laser cutting, jewellery making, applique, screen printing, and murals.
